Our Sales Terms and Conditions...

Conditions of Sale
Books must be paid for in advance of posting and will be reserved for ten days pending receipt of payment. We dispatch all orders within two business days. Books are securely packed to avoid damage. Scans supplied on request. Books will not be insured unless requested by the customer. Book prices shown do not include postage & packing.


Postage per book under 1kg in weight:
- UK via second class post (unless requested otherwise) - £2.75,

- Europe via Airmail - £4.00.

- Outside the UK and Europe - postage will be charged at cost. A choice of airmail or surface mail may be made.


Postage per book over 1kg in weight: (indicated in the book's description as 'heavy book')
- postage will be charged at cost.

Methods of Payment
We accept payment:

- from all major credit and debit card providers, Mastercard, Visa, Delta, Switch, Solo, except American Express and Diners Club, through our secure server on this site or via telephone to +44 (0) 1302 856311

- by Sterling cheque drawn on a UK bank, payable to Hedgerow Books, and sent to Hedgerow Books, 10 Whitbeck Close, Wadworth, Doncaster, DN11 9DZ, UK.

- by international money order in UK pounds.

- by PayPal - our email address for such payments is paypal@hedgerowbooks.com

Return Policy

Books may be returned, repacked carefully, within seven days for a refund. Prior notification must be given by phone or email info@hedgerowbooks.com . If we accept fault on our part, we will also refund the return postage. If there was no fault with the description, we will refund the price of the book but no shipping costs.
